We work closely with you early in the process to develop a realistic budget, manage expectations, have the tough conversations regarding cost, and provide transparent pricing.
Yes, we are a full design-build company. That means we handle everything from initial concepts and planning through construction and final completion, all under one roof.
In some cases we provide turn key financing to our clients, however, we have found it more cost effective for our clients to use new construction financing through local lenders. Ask us for a list of our lender partners to help you start the financing conversation today!
Yes. We take a different approach to the building process by taking you through an extensive design selection meeting prior to preparing our cost breakdown to the client. We want our estimate to be as accurate as possible during our bid meeting. At that time, we provide a detailed estimate and cost breakdown before moving forward so there are no surprises along the way. It's not our goal to just get you in the door with the lowest price and hitting you with change orders along the way. By the time your foundation is in the ground, your design choices will be made and your costs will be locked in.
Changes are possible, but we work hard to finalize selections early to avoid delays and added costs. If changes are needed, we clearly communicate any impact on budget and timeline.
