From the start we will meet to discuss and define your lifestyle and building requirements. Whether you come to us with your land/lot picked out or need assistance finding your piece of land, we can do that together.
This is a series of meetings with our architect to narrow down the style of home, features, and requirements. When we are done with the architect, you’ll be able to see a full 3D, 360o view of your new home. Next, we meet with our designer to work on interior choices.
Your home plan will be sent out to our sub-contractors to get prices for your home build. This usually takes about 2-3 weeks. Once all the prices are in, we’ll go over the detailed price list of all the components of your home build.
For interior design, we include allowances for you to choose. If you go over the allowance when selecting products, you pay the overage. If you go under, you will receive a credit that can be used towards other things in your home.
Once we have come to agreement on pricing, the next step is to sign the builder contract and go over the plan schedule.
We start the build process by pulling the pertinent permits with the city and county. Our subs are notified of the plan schedule and the work begins to build your dream home. Homes, based on products and shipping, can take anywhere between 7-9 months.
Once the final inspections are done and we have a certificate of occupancy, we will schedule the closing. After you move into your new home, we are still here for you. We provide a one-year home warranty. We’re confident you are going to love your new home and look forward to you and your family making memories for years to come!
