Molli is a veteran in the real estate industry, accumulating nearly a decade of experience in various real estate roles including new construction, sales, property management, investments, administration, design and more in the greater Madison, WI areas. Molli approaches each home building the home for herself. With her vast knowledge and love all things real estate, new construction, and design. Matt Parnell

Matt has been a craftsman in carpentry, new home construction, general contracting, and remodeling for more than 30 years. Starting Vintage Homes, LLC with his father in law in 1994. They had been a part of the Parade of Homes for many years, building homes in the Greater Madison and Waunakee area. His finish carpentry and skill is second to none and he takes great pride in his work. 

You will find him at the job site more often than not, working along side sub contractors and making sure the job is done correctly the first time.
