Willow Ridge Design Build was started in part with Matt Parnell and Molli Babler. Matt brings 30 years of home building experience to every project. While Molli brings her expertise in real estate and design.  Our goal is to bring creativity, quality and transparency to the Dane County custom homebuilding market. We are a locally owned and operated business with deep roots in our local communities. Willow Ridge strives to establish partnerships with our clients to help them realize their dreams. We pride ourselves on the degree of craftsmanship, professionalism, and communication we bring to each project.

CUSTOM BUILD - From the beginning, we walk you through our detailed 6 step process.  From meeting to discuss your specific needs and wants, all the way through to clean-up/closing and moving in.  There will many personal walkthroughs throughout the process so you feel comfortable every step of the way.

SPEC HOMES - Don't want to make all of the decisions? Willow Ridge Design Build is always building a home that is ready for the client upon completion. We make the decisions that are on trend with the current building market and all you do is choose to buy the home and move in!

Like something we have already built? We keep plans on fIle and if you want to take the decisions out of the new construction process, we can go that route too!
